John DiMarco, Ph.D.
John DiMarco helps people and organizations with communication strategy, design, and production. He does this by writing textbooks, speaking at conferences and events, working on design, training, and consulting projects, and most importantly, by teaching people to find their true voice and professional vision.
He has worked in his own firms, DiMarco Associates and PortfolioVillage, Inc. and for organizations including the Flexographic Technical Association, Synergy Gas, and CANON, USA providing public relations, marketing, graphic design, multimedia, web design, and training for over 15 years. His goal has always been to help people and organizations find solutions and achieve success using communication.
Dr. DiMarco has authored three textbooks:

Computer Graphics and Multimedia: Applications, Problems, and Solutions (Idea Group 2004)
Professor DiMarco has taught at Long Island University, C.W. Post, NY Institute of Technology, Nassau Community College, and is currently an Assistant Professor at St. John's University in New York City. He is a dedicated educator who builds his classroom skills through professional practice, research, and publishing. He has a Master's Degree in communication design and earned his Ph.D. in Information Studies at Long Island University.
